New ownership at Astra-Marine OY.
Wihuri Oy has bought 50% of Astra-Marine Oy. Astra-Marine is now a part of the Wihuri conglomerate Specialty Products & Services division, but continues boat production under it’s own name. Our new CEO is Jami Aarnio-Wihuri and Timo Järvinen will continue as Development Manager. Wihuri Oy Power Products is now Astra-Marine’s main dealer in Finland.
